Thank you for choosing Style Studio BNE. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and respectful environment. The studio is located within the Style Media office where staff are working on a daily basis. The studio area is separate to staff offices. 

We appreciate your assistance in upholding a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. Please carefully review the below terms and conditions to ensure your booking runs smoothly.

BOOKINGS

- All studio fees must be paid in full prior to the date of hire to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice of your scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. 

- COVID-19: If government-imposed restrictions prohibit Style Studio BNE from accommodating your booking (i.e. lockdowns), we will hold any booking fee for an alternate date within three months of original booking.

INSURANCE

- You hire and use Style Studio BNE at your own risk.

- Style Media Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage to or theft of any equipment you use in the studio.

CLEANING

- The studio must be left in the same condition it is found. If the studio is left in a messy condition (at the discretion of Style Media Pty Ltd), a cleaning fee of $50+gst p/h will apply. 

- All rubbish must be placed in the garbage bins provided.

- The use of glitter, confetti etc. is permitted but must be fully cleaned up by the hirer before the end of the booking (i.e. no trace left on floors, table surfaces, bathroom etc).

NOISE

- Style Studio BNE is located within Style Media office. This is a working office of 30+ staff members. Please consider others when using the space. You must keep music volume to a level that will not disturb or annoy.

- Full day bookings are 7am-5pm.

- Half day bookings are either 7am-12pm or 12pm-5pm.

- An overtime fee of $100+gst per hour will apply and will be charged in 15 minute blocks.

- Your booking period represents your access period. You must have vacated the space prior to the end of your booking period to avoid overtime charges. 

- Out of hours access may be organised with Style Studio BNE on application and may incur additional charges.

PARKING

- There is one on-site carpark for studio use. 

- All other vehicles must use on-street parking.

AMENITIES + ACCESSIBILITY

- There are two on-site unisex bathrooms and one shower 

- There is a sanitary bin in each bathroom 

- There is one industrial kitchen included in your studio booking with cold filtered water, two fridges, kettle, microwave, sinks, dishwasher, plate ware, drinkware, and utensils. 

- There are two industrial roller doors for access of bulky items.

- The studio is on street level. There are no stairs or elevators. It is wheelchair friendly.

DAMAGES

- Upon hiring the studio, you accept that you are liable for any damage that occurs to the studio space or building, including any fixtures, fittings, furniture, and equipment.

FURNITURE

- There is a range of furniture included within your studio booking. Please do not drag, stand, eat, or drink on furniture. All furniture must be returned to its original position at the end of the booking.

- No furniture from other spaces within the building may be taken into the studio without permission.

CYCLORAMA

- No pressure or weight is to be placed on the curve of the cyclorama.

- A fee of $75+gst applies to studio bookings if a repaint is required of the cyclorama.

- Painting must be requested by the hirer at least 48 hours before the booking. 

- Style Studio BNE reserves the right to request a repaint fee be paid where there is substantial marking or damage done to the cyclorama.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

- Please request a copy of our equipment hire price list if you would like to hire any photography equipment for your shoot at Style Studio BNE.

- All orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to booking. We are unable to facilitate equipment hire requests made on the day of your booking.
